Rough sleeping helpline

This is a dedicated helpline for members of the public who are concerned about people sleeping rough in the Northampton area. The number is available 24 hours a day to members of the public who notice new people sleeping rough or are concerned about the deteriorating health and wellbeing of familiar rough sleepers.

Information given to the helpline will be passed on to the Gateway housing support rough sleepers services and will help direct accordingly.

In a medical emergency, an ambulance should always be called.

Oasis House is a housing facility in the centre of Northampton. It has 48 beds available for the single homeless population.

Northampton Hope Centre provide support and services that will enable individuals to take back control of their own lives.

If you are homeless or under threat of homelessness and need advice or assistance, the housing departments of the district and borough councils in Northamptonshire have legal responsibilities to help you with accommodation.
