If you have a disability, maintaining your health and general wellbeing can be especially important. Together with your key worker we will work with you to put together a plan that meets your individual needs and supports your choices about how you want to live your life.

A Wellbeing Hub is a day centre provision that supports you to:

- Keep in touch and socialise with friends
- Personal care and mobility
- Maintain good health and wellbeing
- An opportunity to play an active part in your community
- Access to IT/WiFi and assistive technology
- A chance to take part in physical activities like rowing and yoga
- Access to sensory rooms and specialist equipment
