Service description:
Workbridge is a charity with a difference, set up over 30 years ago to offer a vocational pathway for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities or brain injuries. We provide people with opportunities to gain skills and build confidence.

Our service users are mentored by our skilled staff across a variety of work activities to encourage independence, respect, teamwork and trust; building skills, knowledge and self-esteem in a supportive environment.

As they progress, our team supports them when they are looking for jobs, completing applications and preparing for and attending interviews.

All of the activities carried out by service users at Workbridge are meaningful, essential to the running of a fully functional work environment. The funds raised through our retail enterprises assist Workbridge and St Andrew's, the charity it is part of, to develop and enrich the services offered to our service users and customers.
