Service description:
A user-led registered charity located on Gladstone Road in Northampton. Their telephone helpline is open weekdays (9am-5pm). NCIL services include:

- Personalisation To Help Manage Personal Budgets:
Payroll & managed accounts, pa register, personal health budgets, and self-funder services

- Health Learning and Work:
Training on disability awareness and employability

- Benefits Advice:
Help with benefits and form-filling

- Disability Advice Service:
A large database of specialist information/advice

- Equipment:
Receive independent advice and try before you buy. our partner companies offer a broad range of larger equipment

- Second-Hand Equipment List:
Updated regularly to purchase or sell used disability equipment in good condition

- Information Service:
Mini Citizens Advice Bureau, national and local database of services (with around 6,000 entries), and an up-to-date resources library

NCIL is open Monday-Thursday (9am-5pm) and Friday (9am-4.30pm). The Equipment Display Area is open by appointment-only during these times. Contact NCIL by phone, text, email, letter, or in person. No referral necessary.
