Service description:
The Ronald Tree Nursery provides education for 3 and 4 year-olds in the neighbourhood free-of-charge. The majority of children attend from the September after their third birthday for one year before continuing the foundation stage of their education in the reception year at Infant School. The nursery can now take two year-olds, but only if parents are eligible for the two year-old government funding. Places are limited to 12. Please contact the nursery for further details.

Children who attend Ronald Tree Nursery can transfer to the most of the infant and primary schools in Kettering, but the majority transfer to the Kettering Buccleuch Academy and Park Infant School (both of which are close by).

Ronald Tree Nursery School has offered specialist provision for children with a hearing impairment for over fifteen years, and their staff have a wealth of experience in helping these children to reach their full potential. Hearing impaired children are fully integrated with the other children in the nursery and have access to the same opportunities, whilst being supported by specialist staff and other professionals to meet their individual needs. children with a hearing impairment can be accepted from outside the catchment area.

The Ronald Tree Children's Centre is based within the Ronald Tree Nursery, and offers a variety of activities for parents and carers with children from birth to five years. These include parenting courses, family learning groups, antenatal and postnatal activities, and early learning activities.
