Whatever you're going through, we're here to help 24 hours a day.

We won't judge you and we won't share what you tell us with anyone else.

Get in touch by telephone, email, letter and face to face in the UK and Ireland.

Common reasons to call Samaritans are:

Relationship and family problems
Loss, including loss of a job, a friend or a family member through bereavement
Financial worries
Job-related stress or overwork
College or study related stress
Body image issues

Volunteers offer support by responding to phone calls, emails and letters. Alternatively, you can often drop in to a branch to have a face to face meeting
