The club caters for archers of all ages and abilities and actively welcomes disabled archers, who are able to compete on equal terms with able bodied archers. The club has 10 coaches graded from Leader to County Coach. The coaches provide archery for juniors and seniors with special needs at the Pemberton Centre, Rushden and have gained a lot of experience in catering for the individual needs of each member.
