Service description:
To increase diasadvantaged young people's access to healthy positives activities and transferable life skills enabling them to improve their wellbeing, achieve and go onto support other young people and inter-generational disadvantaged groups in their communities’

Primary Identified Target Areas:

Northampton – Eastern District
Kettering – The Grange
Welingborough – Queensway

Target Groups:
Disadvantaged Children and Young People Primarily aged 10+ years (some work with younger children and families will be required)
