ERIC (Education and Resources for Improving Childhood Continence) is a national children’s health charity dealing with bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation and soiling and potty training in children and young people.

ERIC provides information, support and resources to families and health professionals on bladder and bowel problems.

The Trusteric website has been incorporated into the teens' section of the ERIC website and is dedicated to supporting young people.

It contains answers to frequently asked questions on bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation and soiling, a message board, access to ERIC's Helpline and lots of other useful information.

Helpline open Mon -Fri 10 -4pm
ERIC has access to Language Line for callers who do not have English as a first language.
