Service description:
Shopmobility provides services for people with mobility difficulties so they can access the town centre through hiring a wheelchair or electric scooter. The service can be used for a variety of purposes, including visiting the park or bank, going for lunch or shopping. We have a range of mobility aids for short or long term hire to help people get around the town or to be able to access events, clubs, doctor's and hospital appointments as well as out of town venues.
Membership for the service is FREE and a small hire charge depending on the aid you wish to use. Please enquire at the office for details.

Zimmer Frames
3 Wheeled Walkers
Walking Trolleys
Crutches
Aids can be hired by the hour, the day or the week - long term hire is also available upon request. Please ask for more details and we will do our best to meet your needs.
