Service description:
The gateway team offers advice and ongoing support to people living, or wanting to live in Northampton, who have housing and/or support needs. They recognise that some households experience particular problems and may need additional support when faced with homelessness. They:

- Assess your housing needs
- Discuss any support you might currently have
- Assess any unmet support needs
- Agree an action plan/next steps with you
- Help you to find suitable housing
- Help you to find the right support to live independently and sustain your tenancy
