Service description:
We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve more. Choosing Bromford means you're committing to a deal; we know this won't suit everyone. But if you're willing to make the most of your talents, we'll help you get where you want to be.

To do that we need to have a great relationship with each other - and at the heart of that relationship is The Bromford Deal.

What is the Bromford Deal?
In the Bromford Deal, we ask you to work with us to help strengthen our communities. We will ask you to be a good neighbour, keep your home and garden in good condition, let us in when we need to carry out repairs or servicing, meet with us regularly to see how you’re getting on, and if you are not yet working, in training or helping others – to take steps with our support to do so.

In return, we will be there to help you achieve more and reach your potential. You will have easy access to our customer services and can also benefit from a whole range of help (such as face to face support, skills coaches, job clubs, training courses, employment opportunities, partnerships with local employers and colleges) that we can provide to help you to be your best.

We know the Deal won’t suit everyone, but our homes come as part of a package.
