Camrose Early Years Centre For Children & Families

Type of service:
Maintained Nursery Schools and Classes
Tenby Road, Camrose Centre, Northampton, NN5 7DF
Telephone number:
01604 585219
Service description:
The Centre’s Nursery provides a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment to meet the social, emotional and educational needs of each child. Our committed staff are well qualified and extremely experienced. Each child has a named key worker, and two qualified teachers oversee the quality of the provision. All our evaluations, reports and inspections show that children make great progress in their learning and development through the exciting activities, which staff carefully plan with each child in mind.

Our Nursery is organised into three age groups; Babies, Toddlers and the 3-4 year olds.

We offer free places for all 3-4 year olds and eligible 2 year olds. These can be either a session from 9.00 to 11.30am or from 12.45 to 3.15pm for a total of 570 hours per year.

We also offer daycare places for children aged 3 months to 4 years from 8.00am to 6.00pm at a very affordable rate.

We work in close partnership with parents, who are children’s most important educators and have a wide range of family learning activities that help parents support their children’s learning and development. We use activities such as cooking and Forest School through which so much shared learning takes place. Parents gain more skills and confidence, which helps develop their children’s learning.

This Maintained Nursery School has confirmed how they support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The statement is available via the Local Offer or you can contact the provider or the Local Offer Team for more information.
