Service description:
One-to-one literacy support to primary school children (5-11)
•Improving reading skills & performance
•Improving communication skills
•Building confidence & self-esteem
•Positive role models

What we can provide:
•A trained, vetted and supported reading helper
•One-to-one literacy intervention for at least 3 children
•Around 30 to 40 hours of one-to-one support for each child each year*
•Reliable and consistent personalised learning
We ask from you:
•A contribution of £180 per reading helper, per year (which equates to £5 per hour for 3 hours of one-to-one support over 35 weeks) for the first year
•A place for the reading helper to work
•A warm welcome for the reading helper!
