Service description:
We're here to transform the lives of disabled children by providing the vital equipment, support and life skills they need to reach their full potential. Whizz-Kidz is a national charity offering a range of services to young people that use wheelchairs.

There are two elements to our work. The first is equipment provision supplying new wheelchairs to young people following an application and assessment procedure. The second element of our work is providing free services to young people. This includes youth clubs, residentials, work placements and wheelchair skills training courses.

The nearest youth club to Northamptonshire is currently in Leicester. We can work in partnership with schools and other organisations to provide our wheelchair skills courses and work placements free of charge.
