Service description:
A forward thinking, Specialist School for Communication and Interaction (C&I) we have developed our provision to meet the needs of an increasingly wide range of pupils with diverse and complex Special Educational Needs (SEN).
We are able to make provision for pupils with speech and language delay, impairments or disorders; complex learning and social difficulties, and those with needs on the autistic spectrum.
We adopt a holistic, learner-centred approach, based upon accurate diagnosis and assessment within a multi-professional setting. It is important to us that we foster secure and enduring partnership between our school, other professionals and our families.
Creative Media and Performing Arts enhance our curriculum offer, and provide opportunities to reinforce speaking and listening skills through an accessible and engaging approach.
