The King's Cathedral School

Type of service:
Schools And Education Providers
Park Road, The Kings Cathedral School, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 2UE
Telephone number:
01733 751541
Service description:
Our aim is to encourage pupils to be balanced individuals, happy in their own success, and to expect of them their full commitment in all that they do. Excellent examination results are important, but not enough; our extra-curricular programme provides opportunities in music, sport, drama and many other areas. We expect all our pupils to take advantage of this exciting provision and to develop the confidence, for later in life, to take advantage of opportunities when they arise, so that they can lead full and rewarding lives.

In our Cathedral School we nurture a sense of belonging to our extended family, each member valued as an individual. Such a welcome awaits every child and we ask that they will respect the views of others, show empathy and compassion and develop an understanding of their own beliefs and the beliefs and values of others.
