Service description:
Prince William School is a secondary school located in the picturesque town of Oundle in Northamptonshire. Serving a large rural catchment area, the school draws its students from the two main towns of Oundle and Thrapston, as well as a number of local villages.

From September 2015 the school will be accepting students from Year 7. We offer a wide and varied curriculum. We start many of our GSCE courses from year 9, giving students ample time and opportunity to achieve their truest potential by the time they reach year 11.

The school also maintains one of the largest Sixth Forms in the county, offering students the opportunity to continue subjects at both A Level and BTEC standards. Whatever the destination choice for students at the end of their studies, the school provides an excellent programme of support. We have students pursuing their studies further at all of the major universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, and in a significant number of other Further and Higher Education establishments in the UK. We also support students into the workplace through apprenticeships and career based advice and preparation.

All students receive a high level of support and guidance with their studies, we also challenge all of our students to "dare to dream", about what they are capable of achieving, both at school and in their future lives.

This is a school identified in the Accessibility Strategy 2015 to 2017 that has special adaptations for disabled pupils over and above what would be required under general planning and building regulations and will have as a minimum:
- Physical access to all areas of curriculum (this may not be 100% of the school building).
- Suitable parking and entrance to the school.
- A changing facility for pupils.
- A designated area for physiotherapy/treatment as required.
- Specialist furniture e.g. variable height tables where appropriate and other physical aids.
