Starlight Dance & Musical Theatre school was established in February 2009 founded by professional Dancer/Choreographer Jacc Batch BA (Hons) TBDAF and is now one of the UK's largest independent dance and musical theatre schools. Starlight prides itself on offering an outstanding level of dance and theatre training including classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Commercial, Street, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Disco, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Drama, Vocal Training & Piano Lessons.

Students here at the school are given many opportunities to perform within our international award winning show teams. Our show teams perform two large scale, professional standard production shows annually, compete in regional, national and international competitions, perform in many local, national & charity events. Our show team dancers are also given special opportunities to perform in some of Europe's most prestigious venues and to date, have performed at The Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty's Theatre in London's West End and Disneyland Paris.

Here at the school we pride ourselves on the quality of training received by our students and are proud to be associated with a range of examination boards including RAD (The Royal Academy of Dance), ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), BDAF (British Dance Arts Federation), BBO (British Ballet Organization) and LCM (London College of Music) We are extremely proud of our excellent examination record and students taking the relevant classes are submitted for examination annually.

Performances and examinations are optional and we also offer a wide range of classes for those looking to dance for fun, fitness or to simply learn a new skill. We have classes to suit all ages and abilities and we always welcome new members to our ever growing family.

After training at Starlight our students have been accepted at Millennium Dance, The Urdang Academy, The Italia Conti Academy, Midlands Academy of Dance, London College of Music, The Brit School, Elmhurst School of Ballet, Laine Theatre Arts & various Dance / performance based courses at National Diploma & Degree level.
