The Club has gradually grown over the years and is now well established with a reputation for first class coaching and organising well run events.

The Club has been based at Rockingham Triangle Stadium since 1985 and enjoys superb facilities, which include our own clubroom, 8 lane 400m floodlit all weather track, weights room and indoor sports hall.

The Club draws members from all over Northamptonshire as well as the surrounding counties of Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.
