Service description:
iDID Adventure C.I.C is an award winning social enterprise improving resilience, wellbeing & confidence through access and participation in adventure sports.
We offer the following adventure sports:
Indoor Climbing (Northampton)
Snowboarding & Skiing (Milton Keynes)
Kayaking & Canoeing (Northampton)
Wakeboarding (Grendon & Wyboston)

We meet once a week on a Sunday. Our main activity is
indoor climbing and within season we alternate between
our other sports. We specialise in working with people with disability, be that physical, mental or sensory. However, we are also an inclusive club, so we actively encourage friends and family to participate with disabled members.

We are supported by volunteers who are proficient in
the sports we offer. We also have volunteers who are
BSL users to support hard of hearing participants and for
visually impaired participants we can offer sight guided
climbing.

Offering a unique approach to physical and mental
health inequality, iDID provide a range of exciting
programmes which enable young people from a variety
of backgrounds to engage positively in life.
iDID have a number of Well Being programmes that
combines a rich curriculum with practical experiences
that encourage young people to raise aspirations, build
meaningful relationships and increase their self-esteem.
