Service description:
The swimming lessons offered at Towcester Centre for Leisure are delivered in line with the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming. ASA qualified instructors guide pupils through a structured lesson programme teaching new skills and techniques in an enjoyable and safe environment.
All pupils learn at a pace individual to them; developing a variety of aquatic activities including entry into and exits from the water; buoyancy and balance; rotation and orientation, streamlining, aquatic breathing, travel and co-ordination, water safety and health and fitness.
Pupils will benefit from:
- Small class sizes for beginner groups
- ASA Qualified Instructors
- Badges and Certificates awarded on the completion of each level.
