Stopping smoking - healthy workplaces

Stopping smoking will help you feel better and benefit your health almost immediately, as well as over the long term.

Information for staff

Quitting smoking is the best thing you'll ever do, and you're in the right place to do it.

Seeing an NHS stop smoking adviser is free and will massively boost your chances of quitting.

For more information and advice, contact the Northamptonshire Stop Smoking service directly, or speak with your GP:

Information for employers

The workplace environment can have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the people who work there when certain conditions are met. We know that many employers in Northamptonshire already do a lot to keep their workforce healthy, happy and motivated.

If you want to get support and advice to help your staff to stop smoking, contact the Northamptonshire Stop Smoking service directly, or speak with your GP:

There are national campaigns that you can join, such as Stoptober, and find out key times when you can provide encouragement to your staff on the NHS website.
