Practice managers

Safeguarding children and supporting vulnerable families is our top priority and we need the best people to help us make that happen!

If you are an experienced social worker or practice manager who is dedicated to improving the lives of children then we want to hear from you.

Whether you are just stepping up to the practice manager level or have previous experience at providing casework supervision and mentoring to less experienced social workers and support staff, we have an opportunity right for you.

For an entrant level practice manager you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in mentoring others and providing case work supervision. For more experienced practice managers you will deputise for the team manager and provide leadership and professional supervision in highly complex situations.

Rewards and benefits

In return for your dedication and hard work we are committed to your training and development and offer a clearly defined career pathway for how you can develop your career with us.

We really value our social work team and the work that they do, so we endeavour to listen to our workforce and continually improve our service in relation to their feedback.

We provide our practice managers with:

  • coaching and mentoring
  • an effective workload management system
  • manageable caseloads for all of our social workers

The salary for our practice managers is up to £43,182 with additional relocation packages available.
