Keep Safe Scheme

Keep Safe Scheme aims to support people with learning disabilities to keep safe and get help in an emergency when out and about in Northamptonshire

The scheme is run  by Northants Police and the Learning Disability Partnership Board and local people who have learning disabilities.

How does Keep Safe work?

In Northamptonshire there are lots of Keep Safe places. As part of the scheme, local people with learning disabilities and Northants police work together to find new Keepsafe Places

Keepsafe places agree to support people with learning disabilities by providing them with a place to go to if they are feeling vulnerable, threatened, lost or any other emergency incident.

You can find out more about the Scheme and other information about keeping safe at the Keep Safe website.
